Welcome to the asthma corner. I created this corner specifically
because of the importance of asthma. If your child has asthma
it is important to know that you are not alone. Up to 10% of children
have asthma, most of whom will develop asthma in the first couple
years of life.
I know that asthma may be disruptive to your child, especially
if he or she has been hospitalized or had multiple visits to the
emergency room. But I can also tell you that most children's asthma
can be well-controlled if parents are educated about asthma, recognize
what the symptoms are, and know what to do about them.
Here in the Asthma Corner you'll find answers to the most common
questions about childhood asthma - and strategies you can use
to greatly help your child lead a full and active life.
The information provided in this site is

you suspect that your child has a medical condition, always
